Если вы решили выбрать Four Points by Sheraton в Банско, то не прогадаете уж точно. Во-первых, этот отель на порядок выше таких же отелей в Штатах. Во-вторых, у отеля отличное расположение, до под’емника идти минут 5, за углом продают ски-пассы, вокруг куча магазинов, кафе и ресторанов, замечательные завтраки, очень приятные цены в Спа, бассейны. В-третьих, отель довольно современный, все продумано до мелочей. Но самое главное, что в нем есть двухуровневые номера-лофты и это что-то с чем-то! Ощущение, что у вас целая квартира и реально очень много места. Три человека в таком номере вполне комфортно смогут расположиться и не мешать друг другу, что важно в условиях ограниченного пространства. Однозначно рекомендую.

Στα αρνητικα του ξενοδοχείου ειναι πως το προσωπικο πλην ελαχιστων δεν μιλαει αγγλικα.Δυσκολη η συννενοηση .Στο εστιατοριο στο δειπνο των Χριστουγέννων (50 ευρώ/ ατομο ) ουτε καν ενα χαρτινο souslpat ουτε μια χαρτοπετσέτα. Τα μαχαιροπιρουνα ακουμπισμενα στην επιφάνεια του γυμνου τραπεζιού. Πολυ ασχημη εντυπωση γι' αυτο το ξενοδοχειο.Ελπιζω να το διορθωσουν συο μελλον.

Hôtel à recommander. Toutes les prestations sont au top plusieurs sauna, bain vapeur trois piscines, il est récent et très bien tenu. Nous avons eu affaire un manager très accommodant à tous points de vue. Un hôtel exceptionnel, même en été.

Perfect family ski trip.

Perfect stay with family. Lovely clean decor, 5 minute walk from all of the best restaurants in town and 5 minute walk to the gondola. Our loft suite room was great and the kids especially loved having stairs in a hotel room. Plenty of space for adults and children (5 and 7 years old) to relax/play. After an action-packed day of skiing the spa was just what we needed. Good sized swimming pool, outdoor hot-tub, 3 saunas (one very large) + steam room - all complimentary. Breakfast buffet was also a highlight and a fantastic way to start each day/fuel skiing. In addition there was also a really nicely run kids club each day. I could honestly not fault this hotel. Happy hour 5-7pm allowed you to get two pints of local lager for 6 EUR total.

Great stay again at the Four Points in Bansko

A second year visiting this hotel in the centre and old part of the town in Bansko. Staff are welcoming and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast accommodates continental and full breakfast food with a lot of variety. The spa and addition of the outside hot tub this year are excellent! A massive thank you to all staff in the hotel from breakfast, reception, managers, Spa to concierge for helping my son who had suffered a bad ski injury and was immobile for half of the week. Special thanks to the reception manager for personally using his own car to drive me to the medical centre amazing and for Nadia the cleaning lady who helped with most of my queries. We will be returning to four points again next year.
